An on-rails running game, Pepsiman places players in the role of Pepsi's Japanese mascot, who must quench people's thirst with his name-brand goods.
Pepsiman is a Japanese game for the PlayStation. It was released in 1999, and featured the Japanese mascot for Pepsi, Pepsiman. The game is all about running from the start of the level to the end, while trying to avoid obstacles, and collecting Pepsi cans. At the end of each level, Pepsiman buys a Pepsi, and takes a nice big sip of it. Every few levels, the game flips the camera around, and has Pepsiman running from a huge object, Indiana Jones style. The game featurs other forms of getting around, such as a skateboard, and even a garbage can that Pepsiman sometimes finds himself stuck in.
