I have not seen any information about this release after it was set to release Winter 2010.  Does anyone see this game getting delayed yet again?  There is no hype or even any media on it lately. 
 
It's making me sad because the next couple of months are seeing a ton of amazing games - its too bad this wasn't released around Christmas it would have been a great window for it. 
 
Anyway just wondering if anyone has read anything about this game that I might have missed.

There actually was a lot of official screenshots, even some leaked screenshots and a leaked video which I think is gone now around New Years.  Major Nelson says it's coming in the next few months.

Early 2010 is what I heard.
