Excellent, I won't have to cancel the 360 tournament after all. Nice fast response.

Arc System Works has some quality net coders on their staff. Better than probably any other fighting game developer. It's good to know that they addressed this quickly and effectively.

Man, that feels like record time! I'm glad to hear it for all the people who have the 360 version. Good on ya, ArcSys!

Well remember what was said on the Quick Look Ex, they said they had been working on the patch since the japan release. So when the problem was present in the american version they had most of the work done.

The difference between yesterday and today seems pretty damn noticeable. Second rounds don't have that huge slowdown that Jeff had mentioned.

The e-mail Atlus sent out about this gave me a good chuckle.

Thank goodness they had all those millions of dollars to pay for that patch!

Well, they did state somewhere along the line that it cost about 11,000 dollars to go back into cert.

Money well spent though. Lessons learned from KOF13 I'd guess.

I just saw the email and it's pretty great. The patch came online while I was in story mode with Chie. I didn't know games could prompt you to patch while you weren't in a games online mode.
