Ah, didn't know that was a result of higher resolution. Still, that does mean that the colors are brighter, regardless of how it's achieved, so a similar effect would occur if P3 was also in a higher resolution compared to those original P3 Fuuka models that were posted above.
@mutha3: Then it's really light gray and definitely not brown; can't see any brown there at all. It might not be full on blue, but I do see it as light blue/light green. Looking again, Persona 4 Arena's Fuuka does have both her eye color and hair color changed to a brighter tone, so it's at least a bit different. Though the changes are so minor that I don't think they'd be noticeable without comparing both models side-to-side.
