I'm liking to Mitsuru and Naoto. Really want to like Kanji but I'm not great with him. Who's your Main?

Labrys. Her attacks feel really good and the way most of her air combos end similarly is easy on my brain.

I wanted to use Aigis but she is way tougher to learn. Yosuke also seems pretty cool as well.

Naoto

I am liking Elizabeth but am not thrilled about the fact that her matchup vs Aigis is like 3:7 at best.

So far Chie and Labrys have been my two best characters, Aigis and Akihiko are also a ton of fun though.

Feeling most comfortable with Chie and Elizabeth at the moment.

Learning Naoto. So her at the moment, Yosuke might be my alternate go-to.

Took me a bit to decide, but Kanji and Chie both fit me too well to ignore. Still gotta use some of the others, but right off the bat those two are definitely shaping up to be my best.

Learning Chie as my main, with Akihiko or Yosuke as secondaries.

I'd like to pick up Elizabeth for fun too, but right now it's all Chie.

I really only played around with Yukiko and Yu for any good length of time. I like Yukiko a bit more. I also played through Yosuke's story mode and I really like how tricky and speedy he is but I think he might be a bit too much to handle. So at the moment, I'd say I'm most comfortable with Yukiko but that could easily change.

I started out wanting to play Akihiko, but found myself using Yosuke the most, and being best with Labrys. I'm still getting creamed by Japanese players online. Most of the North American players i can hold my own against though.

So far, Yukiko and Elizabeth I think.

Teddie right now and going on and off between Yukkio and Yosuke.

Trying to learn Akihiko.

Green Akihiko as my main and Chie as my secondary. Those fists and kicks do not lie.

I understand that some people delve into the systems, and figure out who's a close-up character, who's a range character, who's strong and who's weak and base their decision based on all the factors, but... Chie. I mean, come on.

For some reason I'm destroying ranked matches with Yukiko but I'm trying to make my main Mitsuru :s

Man I wish my little brother didn't pick up my pre-order of my copy of the game when I had to go to the optometrists and take it to South Carolina to train up for a fighting game tournament. And the place he is going to train is his friend's house where his friend has 6 copies of the fucking game with 7 TVs/PS3's set up just so everyone can go to training mode having one TV/PS3/Copy of the game per person with no plans to fight each other until the tournament. And I don't even get to have the soundtrack for the game until he comes back 'cause he took that shit too. So I don't know yet.

Went to Best Buy, didn't have it. 
Went to Wal-Mart- didn't have it. 
Went to Gamestop- they would only sell me an open copy for full price, and he talked to me like a jackass for not pre-ordering.  
...Amazon will have a copy on my doorstep tomorrow morning.

Her voice is great! It's so silly!

Went through challenge mode as far as I could with each character, and Chie feels the best so far. Was enjoying Yukiko but her damage sucks without using her persona.

Her voice is great! It's so silly!

It's a mix between stereotypical New Jersey broads who are actually from New York, and someone from Staten Island who tries to say they are from the Jersey Shore. It's everything I hate about my state, combined into one :(

The fact they gave her a Jersey accent makes no sense, she should have talked like a hick.

Anyway I'm learning Akihiko.

I'm running through the Challenge for everyone and other than Kanji I can play just about anyone.

@Xtrminatr: That's a bummer. I get it though. It is really off and while I know it is silly, I kinda like it unironically.

It's super weird to me that they did that though. I hear her character has a particular Japanese accent in the original Japanese so they wanted to bring that through but then all(/most?) the characters still use the honorifics of -kun, -chan, etc, so it's got this weird divide of trying to be faithful to the original Japanese (I find honorifics to be horribly awkward in English) and then a totally stereotypical American accent. The choice behind that is odd to me. I don't know what they would have done to Labrys' English voice to still show she talks differently but it's weird to me as it is now.

@SuperWristBands: If they wanted to be faithful to the original Japanese, Labrys would talk like a hick as that's what her Japanese accent is.

It's between Yukiko, Elizabeth and Yu. I'll probably end up playing Elizabeth, though.

@Bocam: I'd rather they didn't do that. That's the worst.

@Xtrminatr: Yukiko has good ways of keeping people away until her persona comes back if it gets broken though, her flying fans are good for keeping people away, and she can certainly mix up a decent combo without her a persona. but only one combo really

The only characters that I have tried so far are Yukiko, Naoto, Yu and just enough Kanji to know that I never want to play as Kanji. So far I really like Naoto.

I use Yu he is a very versatile character but is pretty basic and not as flashy as others. I use Yosuke as an alt.

her story mode stuff makes me like her accent, to be honest.

Yukiko, the way she fights is just so elegant.

Chie. Could easily change though, I just seem to be the best with her at the moment. I'm trying to get good with Elizabeth as well.

I play as Yukiko. I like her zone control.

Trying to get better with Aigis, but I'm just not much of a fighting game player.

Thinking Chie or Akihiko. Can't decide but i really should.

@Turambar: aegis seems like a tough one to start with if fighting games aren't your thing. the whole orgia mode thing adds a lot of complexity.

way to early to know but ive been liking Aigis

Right now I've only played Yu, Yosuke, and Yukiko (Going through the story one at a time). I'm liking Yukiko a lot. We'll see if that changes once I play the other characters.

yeah, I might resign to using someone a bit easier instead of my favorite character.
