Just wondering, will akihiko x chie be an official thing in the next game?or do u personally ship them? I am actually a huge akihiko x mitsuru fan, so I hope it's not a thing. And if u think about it, akihiko is three years older than chie. To have them date would be kinda weird and gross. What do u guys think?

Well, in my head, Chie and Akihiko gave off the same vibes as Sakura and Ryu. Someone for Chie too look up to and be motivated to strive towards strength-wise.

But eh, I could just be biased, seeing that I romance Chie (Or Naoto, Sorry Kanji but you were moving slower than a turtle) when I play through Persona 4 (That's right, I'm a one gal per playtrough kind of guy)

Yes, Chie has a huge crush on Akihiko at the end of her story arc in P4A because he is basically the worlds largest steak.

In all seriousness, I think it'd come across as extremely fan fic-y so I hope not. Which yes, all of Arena was sorta fan fac-y, so I get the speculation. Still, I think it would be extraordinarily lame to do that, both Akihiko and Chie come across as the types of people that would prefer to go it alone, and I'm not the type of person to think "guy+girl=relationship DUH."

Edit: Just noticed the three years concern. Normally that wouldn't be a big deal, but a 17 year old and 20 year old.... not really cool, man.

It was the biggest force. To be fair, I am about to finish P3 The Journey (at the end) right now and then on to The Answer but that part is one of the really weak story bits in P3 to me. Maybe it'll change somehow.... but yeah. Don't care for Junpei at all.
