Hm, that's the first I've heard of an EU digital release for Golden. But yeah, for the most part, Australia gets the EU PS Store. I'd keep an eye on the EU Playstation blog, they usually post the Store update at around 3pm GMT so that should tell you if it actually is getting a digital release today and if you can get it in Australia.
