After a little investigating, it does sound like Vergil from the audio. The music isn't from Tekken TAG Tournament, it's a track called FLASH BACK from Capsule as posted from an earlier post, but was remixed from the original.

Now every time that I listen to AWAKENING again, I'm going to imagine Vergil's Devil Trigger form to appear in front of the P5 protagonist hahaha. Wish somebody (or ATLUSxP5) can animate that entire thing and bring it to life...

Actually, didn't the protagonist from P3 say Persona as well? As for the voice, it sort of sounds like JYB, but deeper. The woman, I have no idea who it could be, but after hearing that same voice in this video, makes be believe that was supposed to be Nyarlathotep? Plus Nyarlathotep is a woman now...?

Yes. In the English version, the protagonist was voiced by Yuri Lowenthal, who also voiced Ryoji in P3 and Yosuke in P4.
