Okay guys! Game's announced, it's on it's way. Time for some Fresh thoughts.
What are your Persona 5 Wishes?

Thank you. Now I can add the forum to my favorites.
I'm not sure what I want...
" For it to be on the 360. "This, I don't have a PS2 anymore or a PS3.

This, I don't have a PS3. Can't really justify buying another console for a handful of (admittedly excellent) exclusives." For it to be on the 360. "
...An Endurance Run. That's my only single wish for it.
EDIT: And for it to be a direct sequel to Persona 4. Alas, that'll never happen.
Some Persona 3 and 4 cameos, a little nod to the ER in the English localisation and extended links between social linking and combat.
Oh, and a PS3 release. I don't care about exclusivity or not; just put it out on the PS3.
We... did this once. Whatevs:
collage level instead of high school or some odd mix of office work and dungeon stuff
" collage level instead of high school or some odd mix of office work and dungeon stuff "Why!? Why the hell do people want that? I've never understood why people want that setting with Bully or Persona! Do you really, really think that Persona 4 would be as fun if it was a bunch of jaded adults, trying to find the identity of a criminal, entering TVs to save the world? Do you really think that the character's would be as good as they are now and that their shadow worlds would be as appealing if they were grown-up? Do you honestly believe that college clubs or activities would have their share of goofing off compared to the high school ones?
Some more character customization would be nice. At least let me change up my wardrobe from time to time. Add my vote for full voice acting too. Use that BD space!
It needs to be a direct continuation of Persona 4.
This is the one I recall - Persona 5 wishlist but there are several others including" @FluxWaveZ said:

" For it to be on the 360"This, also I would appreciate if they would add some more depth to the combat. To be fair I haven't played P4 yet but P3's combat while fun I just found after 100 hours to be pretty repetitive and I was just going through the motions, even on boss fights which save the final boss of The Journey not a single Boss in the game gave me any sort of trouble, seriously they were all pushovers.

Do you honestly believe that college clubs or activities would have their share of goofing off compared to the high school ones? Look, perhaps people want to play as grown ups because they don't like being in the role of a teenage protagonist, hanging around other teenagers. If so, there are other games you can play that are full of adults. But how about we have a series that can have good, teenage characters for once, without changing the formula. "
They need to Fix the UI. Persona 4's was an improvement from Persona 3's, but there were still many issues with it.
Also they should incorporate the social links more into the main story. By this I mean how I found it weird that even though I was dating Chie, in story scenes they didn't even mention it or even act like it was there.
The more I think about it, the more I think maybe the college setting could work, if only for it allowing for a similar structure to the past games. Today I take PHIL 201, then PHYS 238, do an S. Link, then go to some secret place and fight the same monsters I've been fighting since P3 using the same demons that have been around since the original Megami Tensei.
An adult setting would just be weird, especially when the themes of these games, especially Persona 4, have concerned with dealing with personal problems. Do you want to do an S. Link scene where you're at a bar drinking with your co-worker, who's complaining about his divorce and the job he hates? That sort of vulnerability and all the other things that characterize adolescence make the problems of P3/P4's characters interesting. I can't see it transferring over to an older cast.
Or maybe it's just because I'm eighteen. Legally an adult, but, you know... not really.

"This is my exact problem with the idea. I can't fathom why anyone would think that would work for a game series such as Persona when the teenage years are the years when one is "discovering him or herself", which totally benefits what these games have been trying to convey.
Some more specific demands:
- Make "Down" cause you to lose a turn and remove "Dizzy", basically reverting to the Persona 3 style.
- Make better AI for people who want to use it, either for convenience or for the challenge.
- Give party members debuff spells. No character in Persona 4 other than the Protagonist can debuff enemies.
- Better yet, replicate Akihiko's spell list for a new character, because he's one of the best archetypes in either game.
- Create a re-roll button when fusing Personas and selecting abilities, or allow the player to select spells manually, with restrictions if necessary.
- Revert to Persona 3's "utilitarian" style of naming items. Don't call them Pinwheels or Ice Cubes, just call them Maragi Gems, Sukukaja Gems, etc.
- Create a unified quest hub in the vein of Elizabeth's Request system.
- Record more battle dialogue. For example, have it change every month instead of between seasons, or create dialogue that fits with the situation the characters are in.
- This a very specific and slightly useless wish, but I'd like the game to either seamlessly transition into random encounters or seamlessly transition into boss fights. Like the Final Fantasy X motion blur effect. Atlus was designing a system for Persona 3 which seamlessly transitioned from Tartarus to a battle scene, but it was scrapped before release. I like that stuff.
"Don't think we need to worry about adult persona settings, as i'm quiet sure it's stated many times that past a certain age, you become incapable of using personas. Then again...there's Adachi...although he's still young. I'd prefer it on PS3, persona on a 360 controller would just not feel right to me, cause of all the time with the ps2. "
" @Shirogane said:This was established in the Trinity Soul anime I believe, and it was Nich Maragos (Atlus USA translator) who said that shouldn't be considered "canon".

"No, I think that was miscommunication or a translating error, because Persona 2 has a myriad of adults using their persona. But, maybe that's just an alternate reality business with Philemon being able to grant them their persona...but then the JOKER...agh, convoluted. "
" improve the fusion system, i don't want to spend hours on getting the skills i want on a persona again -_-. "I'm pretty sure I touched on this in the P5 wish list, but I'll re-state (and expand on) my idea here.
