So I heard Jeff talking about this game recently on one of his Mixlrs and then realized a company called PlayPark is releasing a english version which is in beta now. Seems to be open to anyone, except for one thing. You need to have a SEA IP.

So here's a guide on how i got in and hopefully more people will come play!

You'll have to go to http://www.playpark.com/en/ and register a PlayPark ID. You'll see a big banner for PSO2 where you can find the link to download it. Tricky thing is you won't be able to download the client without a proxy or VPN. So make sure you are using one beforehand.

I'm using http://www.softether-download.com/files/softether/v4.06-9437-beta-2014.04.09-tree/Windows/SoftEther%20VPN%20Client/softether-vpnclient-v4.06-9437-beta-2014.04.09-windows-x86_x64-intel.exe

Connect to a country from SEA. Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand.. etc..

Make sure you are connected to one of those before launching the game otherwise you will get Error Code 103.

If all goes well the patcher should start up download a few files and you'll be ready to press Start Game! Game is super fun and all the english is very well translated so you should have no problems figuring out what do from there. Everyone seems to speak english. I'm on Ship 1. Haven't checked out Ship 2 yet. But yea.. This game is really addictive and I've been enjoying it so if your interested hope this helps you get in!

@rain_1: thanks for the mega link, trust me to get all the way through and the final one (setup-1h) is a constant temporary error. Il retry tomorrow before i look at alternatives to finding that file.
Edit: i let it hang in the background for 40 minutes and it just finished. Once again thanks duder for the sweet mega link.

Or you can just use the already fantastic english patcher by Aida on the PSO World forums which is proven to work and been around for over a year now.
