    Phantasy Star Online 2 is a Japanese free-to-play online action-RPG which was released for PC in July 2012, and Vita in Feb 2013. The game was finally announced for a US release during E3 2019, for Xbox One and PC in 2020.

    How you do a simple thing like assigning items to you hotbar?

    I believe it is the second option from the left when you open the bottom menu and the bottom option in that pop-up menu. Make sure you go to bumped.org if you have any problems figuring things out. They have just about everything you could need.
