    General

    Pico is a small, orange haired character that enjoys using guns and weaponry to fight off enemies. He first started off in a game called Pico's School by Tom Fulp, the founder of Newgrounds. Since that day, Pico has become the face of Newgrounds as one of the mascots, eventually even leading for him to have his own day called Pico Day.

    History

    Pico's first appearance in a game was Pico's School. In the game, Pico is sitting with his classmates, while listening to a teachers lesson. Out of nowhere, one of the classmates (Cassandra) starts ranting and then shoots up everyone in the class. Pico then goes on a small adventure to find Cassandra and try to stop her, but eventually ends up killing her when she becomes a huge bug monster with exposed genitals being her weak spot.

    Later on, other games about Pico or his friends (Darnell and Nene) were made by tom, as well as some fan movies and games by other Newgrounds members. Soon, Pico became wide spread across the whole website.

    Pico Day

    Pico Day is a day for users all across Newgrounds to submit their movies, games, art, or audio for a chance to win a contest.
