Piggsy

Piggsy is the final boss of Manhunt. He is a psychopath who is clothed in pig flesh and wields a chainsaw.

Piggsy is a morbidly obese, mentally retarded man who lives chained up in his own filth in Lionel Starkweather's attic, where he helped Starkweather make his snuff films by dismembering hapless victims with a chainsaw. He serves as the final boss for the first Manhunt, and is killed when he is dangling over a deep pit and James Earl Cash cuts his hands off with his own chainsaw.

Piggsy is fairly unique in the mainstream video game world; apart from the severed pig's head he wears as a mask, he is completely naked, and his penis and testicles are fully rendered.
