PixelJunk Shooter is coming out tomorrow, March 1st.

Does this seem crazy to anyone? I feel like it is going to come out and not get noticed. Everyone is at GDC and it is about to get eclipsed by bigger games.

Anyways, I loved the first game so I will be getting PJS2 tomorrow and can't wait to check it out.

I have yet to play any of the PixelJunk titles...

I'm not sure launch dates are as important to downloadable titles as they are to retail games.  Sure, hardcore gamers like us pay attention and wait eagerly for these titles, but I think the average purchaser just looks at the store, says, "hey, this looks cool," and buys it.

What?! Gaddamnit! I need to make a list of PSN titles I need to get before I forget them all. Seriously, I think PSN is gonna get like $60 off me these next couple of weeks. 
I'll be picking this up, along with Xenogears, and Vagrant Story, and whatever else I've missed. 
 
I had a fun time griefing my friend in the first PJ Shooter with the anti-oil power up.

I haven't even seen any of it.

I will get it eventually. I never finished the first one because I picked it up along with all the other PixelJunk games when they went on sale a while back, and I played Eden and Monsters before Shooter. Anyway, I'm glad this game is coming out!

Tomorrow? Damn, I hadn't realized it was so close. Definitely a day 1 buy for me. PixelJunk Shooter is still one of my favorite downloadable titles - that studio puts out some awesome games. Monster and Eden are awesome, as well.

I downloaded this, and I have to say, it's more challenging than the first. I died several times just on the second level. Good game, though.
