Decent name. Awesome looking game.

I absolutely loved Sub-Terrania for the Genesis.  One of my favorite games for the system.  And this definitely has the same look and feel.

I will surely love this game, but Shooter? Really?

The game looks pretty good, but is PixelJunk Shooter really the best name that was submitted?  I'd prefer something like PixelJunk Elements or PixelJunk Magma.

I know they want to stick with the simple naming scheme, but come on.

Shooter? I get the whole simple thing, but its going to make people think it is just a generic game, which it doesn't look like at at all. Disappointed, but the game should be awesome.

 That's ... an interesting choice. Well it isn't but I guess that's what makes it interesting.
Compared to Eden & Monsters it seems kind bland name wise. Both were odd and shall we deeper..

But of course I look forward to it.

I don't know about the name...it doesn't really fit with the game that well.  Anyway I hardly care, because that actually looks really fun.

I see how they like to keep the names simple and to the point but shooter is bland even compared to Monsters.

This is gonna be hekka tight, but that name is terrible, its more generic than Lindsay Lohan getting drunk and showing her coochie. I submitted 8 names, and 17 of them were better than Pixeljunk Shooter. This is almost as dissapointing as the next Ratchet and Clank not being called Ratchet and Clank: Clock Blockers.

I can't see why they bothered with a competition to decide on this name when in the end they just followed their established naming convention: tell it straight.

I thought PixelJunk Core would have been a good name . . . why are they suddenly deciding to get all literal with their names? Uh, well, aside from Racers that is. Anyhow, I'm still stoked for this to come out.

This is looking great, although i am not sold on the name shooter, it just sounds too generic. Although, it is suitable for what the trailer presents.

This game reminds me of Solar Jetman on the NES.  Expect Solar Jetman was MAD hard!  Hopefully this game isn't the same...

Looks really fun. Hope they release a compendium of these games soon for PSP. Seems like a good idea.
