I think the topping can make or break a pizza, thus I'm inclined to say a good topping is the best part. Toppings aside, my favourite part is the puffed-up outer crust, laced with sauce and thin stringy strips of cheese... Damn, I'm hungry now.

For me it has to be the pizza bread itself. A good pizza bread can make even a cheese pizza good.
