Happy 10th birthday ps2!

March 4, 2000 the PS2 was released for the first time in Japan, Oct for the U.S.  A whole decade and its still out there with people still buying it I think is pretty crazy.  I've had mine still 01' and it still works perfectly fine which I think is even crazier since these sorts of things usually die out way before then. Many great games have come out during those years so thanks PS2 and happy birthday!

PS2 is still selling modestly after all this time which shows how great it was.

I've had mine for a while and it still works. Which is odd since everyone else I know has broken theirs and I use mine a lot in comparison to them.
Happy Birthday PS2! You churned out some of the best games we've probably seen.

I know that every console in one way or another changes gaming.  But this was the console that took gaming from a predominately kid oriented toys to a true gaming platform that we know today.  I may have to celebrate with some God of War or old Ratchett games.

10 years already? Sheesh, I still play on mine weekly and I have a massive backlog to complete. I might be finished when it turns 20...

Wow, seems just yesterday I was flyin' down the slopes in SSX and bashing skulls in Tekken Tag.
I feel old now.
