I've seen a few reviews on this game it looks great. I have a few questions about it though. Howlong does it take to get to each collosi and is there anything to do in between going to the collosi and actually fighting one? Does this game have a lot of replay value?

All you're really doing between each colossi is adventuring to find it and then doing whatever platforming segment it takes to get to it.

And I haven't actually beaten the game yet, but I've heard that when you beat the game, your stamina is increased, eventually allowing you to climb a building and reach a secret or something.

I bought the game a few years ago and was VERY unimpressed. It's really boring inbetween colossi and I never found myself caring about the story either. I'd still say to give it a try seeing as to how you can probably pick it up for around ten dollars and it must have received great review scores for a reason.

One of the greatest games of all time.
That is all that needs to be said.

In between the Collossi it was never boring for me.  I knew all there was to do was just beat Collossi after Collossi, so I never even bothered thinking about it.  Fighting the Collossi is amazing, and quite a few of them are very memorable.  It's one of my favurite games of all time, and it's something no one should miss.

Howlong does it take to get to each collosi

This is difficult to answer. I'd say the time needed to get to the next collossus isn't that much, between 5 and 20 minutes, I guess. The actual time spent before you go to the next collossus may be much more, because of the answer to your second question:

and is there anything to do in between going to the collosi and actually fighting one?

Yes. Enjoy the scenery and the soundtrack. Sounds strange, I know, but you'll actually be doing that. Riding through the world of SotC is incredibly soothing, beautiful, and ultimately, fun.
Oh, and you can kill lizards, or try to shoot birds on horseback.
You will also find yourself seeing spots in the landscape and trying to get there, just to see if you can.

Does this game have a lot of replay value?

Also difficult to answer. I don't own a copy, which I regret. When I beat it, I beat it a second time right therafter, but then I had enough for a while, and gave the copy back (I borrowed it). That was two years ago. During these years, I wanted to go back frequently. It's not a game you spend three months with, it's a game you want to return to every three months. Plus, there's a challenge/time trial mode once you beat it, and there's an active Speedrun-community.
It's definatly worth its price.

People fawn over this game for good reason: it's wonderful. It even tugs at your heart strings, if you stop and think about what you're doing: traversing a beautiful landscape just to hunt down and destroy creatures that are minding their own business, and don't seem to be hurting anything.

Don't worry about getting bored. You'll most likely walk away from the experience feeling anything but.
