I've been getting pains in the region near the bottom of my thumb when using the DS3. Its always been a small issue for me, but I've learned to deal with it and not play for too long of a time. Mainly since the 3rd party controllers I've used in the past have been fairly crappy in various ways with none having the gameplay replication I feel of a DS3.

But after some researching for some more ergonomic controller options I found out that there are ways to use your 360 controller on a PS3 with these adapters.

This would be awesome if it worked and had no input lag. Does anyone have any experience using them?
