Feeling the Pinch?

Man, I'm looking at where my moola's going lately and I don't seem to have the same amount of playaround cash as I used to. It's so bad that the thought of spending $60 on a game just seems irresponsible to me. I'm stoked that some games will be going Greatest Hits soon, because I'd probably be waiting until Christmas for a new game. I wonder if an America in recession will have any effect on the price of games Stateside.

I'm not so much feeling the pinch, more just thinking about my money-spending more. I traded in over 30 Xbox 360 games recently to go towards a Playstation 3 purchase and looking at those games, figuring I bought them at launch-prices made me sad. It was much more cost effective to get a game-renting subscription for those games and now purchase a handful of games a year.
From recent reports game-purchasing is the only thing not affected by the tighter purse strings, where cinema, dvd and music are being hurt. $60 is a fair whack of some people's weekly pay, if you're a weekly game buyer then really if you halved your game purchasing you'd have over $1,500 in a year; enough for a nice trip somewhere with a partner.

Well I saw the last hour or something at my cousins house on his computer.

So yeah I kinda didn't understand most of the stuff that was going on.:P

I'm not much of a going to the movies person.

And knowing my mom when it comes out it will be on in the living room and I'll probably walk by and watch for a few minutes until I've seen the entire movie.:P
