...I'll buy them again.  Prime examples being Ninja Gaiden and Assassin's Creed.  I had them on Xbox and 360, but would buy them again given the price point they're at but only if they had a reason to go through them once more. 

Uncharted has them now, Warhawk will be getting them, Burnout is getting them, PAIN will be getting them, SSHD already got them, and then there are several other titles being patched later for trophies. That's cool and all, but what I care about, personally, is the future titles. Which most have trophies so im good.

I still wish more old games would get patched, but oh well I guess, they can get to it eventually if people demand it enough.

I am not too bothered about trophies. I will get uncharted though as I have not played that yet.

I got my achievements the first time on 360.  I would never go buy the same game over again just for achievements or trophies.  Achievements are a great idea that MS had and now Sony caught on late and screw people over.

I've been waiting to get Uncharted for a while and with the platinum/greatest hits price cut and trophies makes it the perfect time to buy. Same with Warhawk when someone gets the damn thing in stock (sr srly, nowhere online has it >.>)

Personally I'd like GTA4, MGS4, Assassins Creed and Bad Company to get trophies (cause I already own them) but don't have much hope. As long as future games have some it'll be a nice added incentive.

I had a 360 long enough to know that if you are one of the people who has the desire to explore and play a game fully just because you enjoy it, trophies mean little.  I need no prodding to find every nook in Bioshock for example, but some people seem to.

It is a nice thing though for the sake of comparison, but Sony really got on this a bit late.  Let's hope that by next year it is so normal to see trophy and home support we can forget about the stop-start launch years.

but I don't lol, so have fun with that. If you liked the games, there's nothing wrong with a nohter playthrough. But I wouldn't buy games just for the sake of more trophies. I don't care enough about them.

Buying games for the sake of trophies is quite ridiculous but they are definitely an incentive to make players go back and play older games they have in their collection, in my case Uncharted.

I would to, depending on there prices.

Man, achievements and trophies are rad.  They're remarkable in the sense that they give a developer the ability to steer a player toward content they might not experience otherwise.  Plus they can help craft unique challenges for the player even after they've beaten a particular game.

I pity the fool that hates on trophies.

I won't buy them again because I'm the type who likes to do everything in games I like anyway. However, I do really, really like Achievements and Trophies primarily because I'm a really competitve gamer and I like being able to show off my accomplishments to people other than my friends who come over. I want it to be in every PS3 game from here on out, but it's not the type of thing that would make or break a purchase for me.

I'm going to get Uncharted this weekend  since I haven't played it yet, and I'm looking to fatten my library since I got it when MGS4 came out. Speaking of Metal Gear Solid 4, God I wish they would add trophies to that game, I mean the in-game awards are great, but having them in a meta game outside of Metal Gear Solid 4 would be awesome!

If I have two games, I am not sure which one I want to buy, then I realize one has trophies and the other doesn't.... well, 'nuff said.

I hope that SC4 gets patch with trophies ASAP so that  I'll actually be able to justify getting it.
Same with Battlefield Bad Company.

Doubt EA would do that with BFBC, and I pretty meh atm with SC4, got kinda boring a little after a while, still fun to watch though. :P

I wouldn't rebuy a game just because it has trophies. I don't have that kind of money.

Well if the game is good (ie Uncharted) I would at least rent it.

Yeah, exactly. Still fun every now and then but there are other stuff to occupy my needs. :P
