What do you think?  I'd like to see MGS4 get trophies but there's no word on that yet....

I'm really excited about replaying Uncharted for trophies.

I don't understand why some devs aren't patching in trophy support. It would probably boost game sales a little.

Yea, a very small and prolly easy to make patch could boost sales. All those trophy whores out there. See what it did to Super Stardust HD sales..

So what if I already own a game that's getting patched? Do I have to play the game over again or do i just get the trophies?

I'd be happy if something would actually come out... we're a few weeks into the system and yet we only have super stardust HD at this point...

Well it would seem I already own one game that will have trophies, already own one that may get trophies, going to buy 1 that will have trophies, and buy one that has a small chance of trophies.

Resistance and Ratchet would be nice.

Hopefully the high profile 3rd party games will be patched(MGS4, GTA IV, Call of Duty 4, etc...)

awesome, i still dont have any trophies but im glad to hear that R2 and KZ2 are getting them. The whole trophy thing needs to be mandatory, it simply extends the replay value of every game. Which is a very good thing.

It takes a long time to implement stuff into games, and all the developers who made these games are busy with other games.

eventually every game will have them, but for lengthy single player games, I don't care about them. games like Super Stardust benefit from them because they're kind of shallow and could use some artificial goals.

burnout is kind of the same way. if not for smashing things I'd be terribly bored by that game.

It'll be easier in later games because they will probably make trophies the same requirements as in Achievements. 50 headshots in 5G but probably a bronze trophy or something.

I really want MGS4 trophies and I also bought PixelJunk Monsters yesterday because I read that it will probably get trophies and the game is awesome.

I've found myself holding off on playing my PS3 games while I wait for trophy support to be added to them...

Uncharted and MGS4 trophies? hours and hours of replays are upon us my friends! :)

I'm hoping for trophies in a lot of titles soon. If not mistaken, BP is the only game that works backwards right? All the older games you have to do stuff again to get the trophies while BP will allow you to simply import them or w/e.

yeah burnout paradise is the only game so far that will award trophies retroactively . so we can assume that every reward in the game will have a corresponding trophy

Most of the people I know have 0 trophies...

It's because most of the people you know don't play the only title that has them: Superstardust HD.

Pretty helpful list,thanks. I think its pretty safe to say though as we get into 09' and further almost any release will put trophies in their games as well.
