Hey ive been looking for persona 3 on psn and when I search for it all it comes up with is like a background. Im from canada is a us only thing or Im i crazy

Or don't look for it. It's a great game and all, but DAMN do you grind. Obviously you have to, it's a JRPG, but I'd highly recommend queuing up about 100 hours worth of podcasts.

Search on PSN is all kinds of fucked.

You should find it in PS3 Games -> PS2 Classics

you only have to grind at some specific point, mid game, when a particular boss woops your ass
