Are their any FPS games on the ps3 where you can connect two ps3's and have 4 player split screen on each for a total of 8 players. 

huh...never though of it myself. These days most people are playing their MP games online. 

so what ur trying to say is there are none so play pc games. interesting but useless

warhawk can be but thats all i can think of off the top of my head

Yeah I think Warhawk is the only game. I think you can even connect four consoles for 16-players. Although this is a 3rd Person Shooter, not an FPS. :-( It is an "okay" game, but there is no precession aiming; it's all lock-on.
