I can't tell how we're supposed to know when a state is up. I thought that there was blue filling in slowly and slowly, but that's the background and it hasn't moved yet.

I bet what's going to happen is like half the states are going to fill in at once and surprise us.

Its still on "wave 0" nothing is online yet. 

If you leave your mouse over the image on the blog, you'll see it says "Wave 0". So, it hasn't been updated yet and it IS going to be updated in waves.

I just signed into my psn. I live in central jersey.

I refreshed the "map" a few times and it still seems like nothing as changed.

Here's hoping Chicago is online soon!

It's not a live updating map, I don't think. You'd probably know faster by camping on their Flickr page.

If they are going by states then I guess they have decentralized the systems. Just a guess, they could be bottlenecking it.

PSN partialy up in Rhode Island. Able to patch, change password, see friends, and log into PSN. Failing on actual game playing however.
