I currently have the Belkin 54g and well it sucks, so I wanted advice as to which one of these I should get:

I really dont want to get a NAT type 3 again so your help is appreciated.

i also got that belkin that you have. where going to get a new one too. where looking for a good one but we may get comcast (like my sis) and use the router that they give you(sis says that its really fast and never needs to be unplugged and then plugged back in).

I would recommend one that isn't on your list: the Linksys WRT54GL. It's plenty fast, has great range, and the firmware interface is excellent (it's pretty user-friendly, but not at the expense of losing some more advanced functions). If I were you, I'd go with that one.
