I have both a ps3 and a Xbox 360. I tend to use the 360 more due to multiplatform games, but I've given consideration to subscribing to PS PLUS because of the free games and stuff like that. Even though I play most multiplatform on 360, is there stuff in PS Plus that would be worth it to me?

Dude that's your problem right there, PS3 should be your main console.

kidding aside, depending on how big is your backlog of played games is, ps+ can be really awesome. I just donwloaded Vanquish.

Good free games are to me what makes worth it to me the PS+ subscription.

dude you can just register the ps3 games to your account once you get ps+ and they play them later from the web browser

Sign up for PS+, go to that site and purchase all the free PS+ plus. It'll always be on your account so you can play it when you do get a PS3.

It's the best deal in gaming if you don't already have a monster backlog.

I dont have a monster PS3 backcatalog.

I havent bought a actual video game in over a year outside of Skyrim.. been gameflying.

I just wasnt sure if the free games were just a bunch of multiplatform games that dont perform well on PS3.

I also don't buy a great deal of games over the course of a year, but thanks to PS+ for the price of 1 game I now effectively have more games than I currently have time to play.

Just finished getting a Platinum on Sleeping Dogs and still have quite a number of games to get through. Great value for me at least.

My main thing this gen was I never really liked playing the majority of multiplat games on PS3 mainly due to performance issues.

50 bucks for a year will get you games for just about every week of that year. It's worth it for anyone who has a PS3 hooked up.

I mainly game on PC and I signed up to PS+ the instant I got the console. Totally worth it, it's free games man for like 10$ for 3 months.

I do wonder how SONY will handle PS Plus with the PS4. what they will do with free games, because obviously they cant offer free games at the very beginning of the console life cycle.

It was free, yes. At least here in the UK.

Performance-wise it was more than fine. Really enjoyed my time with it.

Visually, obviously I would still take the PC version over the PS3 or 360, but for free... hey, you'd be nuts not to at least give it a try.
