After 4 days of trying to buy Street Fighter HDR from the US PSN store, I finally found a way to do it.  I went through many different options, including Wirecard, EntroPay, and using a UK Credit Card to buy from the US store, all of which, failed.  I then found this!

Scroll down and you will see the positive feedback on this site, and see that it is genuine.  Thanks to this, I am now FINALLY playing SSFIITHDR.  So much effort for a PSN game!  The site actually send you the code via email, so you don't have to wait for the physical product to be delivered to your home/billing address.  You can email the guy that runs the site, and he will reassure you that it is indeed the case.  Here's the direct link to the PSN cards if you don't want to see the feedback etc.

Wow, I had no idea it would take much work. Still you showed it was possible.

Seems like it also shows how hard it is get a PSN card as well. Well not hard anymore because of the Op's link.

Did Sony ever give a reason why they didn't release SSF2THD on PSN?
I was actually considering getting it for my PS3 due to the superior d-pad, but they screwed themselves outta that sale.
It's like they don't want to earn our European money.
