Though, there seems to be some issues. First off, the dedicated button for PS plus on the home screen is not present restarting ps4 fixed this. The feature Im looking forward to the most -communities- is a bit busted at the moment. No way to search for specific communities other than a "most popular" section, which is currently filled with a bunch of bullshit. I think there's a gb community (Jeff's psn account says to join it), but I have no way of finding it.

Other than that, there's not much stuff I'm interested in. There's new share options: being able to capture pngs is cool. Youtube streaming is interesting. Oh yeah, the ps4 browsers cursor is a different color now. So, sweeping changes across the board!

I'm pretty much only interested in the Communities thing and how it will work. Will be cool to be in a GB group without having to add every GB member to my friends list.

I was just about to post about this/check to see if someone else already did.

I was watching netflix on my computer and I heard my PS4 turn on so I switched over to it to see what it was doing and 3.0 happened. Already joined the GB PS4 community. I got an invite from a GB guy on my friends list and I was the 3rd person to join it. So IDK if that was the one jeff was talking about or not.

Also damn Jeff must have just recently deleted me from his friends list! :'(

I hope the gb community becomes a thing on ps4. Might make me actually pick up destiny

@devil240z: I think he said awhile ago that he was planning on deleting everyone that he doesn't actually know eventually, I wouldn't take it personally.

Below Jeff's account page you should find a new Category "Communities" under the friends list. From there you can go to the community page and join it.

Sadly there is no search function, you can only find most popular communities, communites of friends and game-related communities (via the game overview page you see when pressing down on a game in the main menu or selecting it via your Library)

Just tried to find it through Jeff's account but no dice. Says he's not in any community even though he made it a while back.

@Mike: Oh I understand I'm actually shocked I stayed on his list for as long as I did which has basically been since the PS4 launch. Fun fact you can see my user name in the first destiny unfinished video. Okay it was fun for me and probably only me.

@frybird: just tried both Jeff's and your profile. Neither are showing any communities. So, it must be busted at the moment (at least for some). That, or privacy settings are restricting it.

I think they have all been reset. I have a GB community showing up under communities your friends are in but it only had 3 members when I looked.

@frybird: It seems like all the stuff from the beta is gone.

I was able to join another community by searching for the owner's profile and going to 'communities' but the GB one didn't show up for me on Jeff's profile either. So I guess it's still a little shaky for now? Will definitely make sure to get in once it's working as intended but a dedicated "community search" button would be nice.

Not being able to search for communities is a major fault. I won't say oversight, because it probably came up in the design process, but for whatever reason they didnt include it. No idea how to find any kind of semi official GB group.

I can't find it either, tried Jeff's and Frybird's profile but it's not showing.

I hope this feature evolves into something cool, it might give me an excuse to try some multiplayer games (looking at you, Destiny ¬¬).

i guess the beta communities got deleted when 3.0 went live...

If they got deleted then someone already took it because when I couldn't join through Jeff I went into the create menu and it said Giant Bomb was taken. Hit up Jeff on twitter about it hoping he still has it but it's bugging out.

Not being able to search for communities makes no sense to me.

communities is a decent idea but at the same time, no search function or any sort of filtering makes it a bit dissapointing for now.

Jeff got the community up. Search his psn "giantbombing" then select communities on the lower left to join the only true one.

We're all gonna be crushed when we find out there is a cap to how many people can be in a PS Community and the whole thing will become useless.

Not sure how the 'most popular' communities are chosen. It just seems like an assortment of random communities. Many of them only have 1 member.

Also, why can't I just search for it like a normal person? These aren't clubs, you know.

Best new feature by far are the .PNG screenshots such better quality than the shitty ones we were getting pre 3.0
