     Fired up Dirt 3 and it asked me to login to psn to get access to downloading ghosts, tried to login and notta. 
     
    Tried console reset loging from xmb, tried router and modem reset, and bupkis. 
     
    Oh psn why must you hurt me so. please tell me this has something to do with the store going back up.

    Unannounced maintenance is what I read to be causing this.
     
    EDIT: Yeah I also think it has something to do with store being back up, and HK and Korea PSN
