Anyone having trouble getting onto the store?

I'm in the UK, and I've only been trying to get on for about 20 mins, I can get onto PS Home, but anytime I try to get on the store I get a message saying 
 
 
"This service is not available in your country/region."
 
Lame no?
 
Anyone else (in the UK especially) having issues?

I'm getting this too but in the U.S.

Happening to me as well. It is probably just down for maintenance.
