I don't have a PS3, but that video was an effective apology for everyone who got kinda screwed over with this PSN outage and security leak stuff.  Here's hoping these security measures hold strong.

Yo, on PSN website, it says we should be able to change our password after the firmware update. Does that mean when PSN is actually online or just as soon as after we update our firmware?
