All of the Northeast is on. I love living in NJ right now. Good thing b/c all my Portal 2 achievements sync with my Steam account as soon as I was able to get back on

Kaz Hirai Explains PSN's Phased Restoration, Even Hands Out Restoration Maps (Seriously!) [UPDATED]
I don't own a PS3 so I'm just about ready to not have to listen to any more stories about this whole thing.
Signed up for this.New Brunswick here. Just check 20-30 min ago and was still getting the error.I've been wondering about Canada too. I don't know what you mean by 'it will be represented on the map'. Are they changing the map? Also, I'm in NS (North of New England) and it's not up.
Everyone looking for Canada! The first update says the map will reflect Canada going online as well. They're playing by American rules and not even bothering to label it, haha.
Is it just me, or did anyone else expect to hear some more stuff about the Pearl or even the Swan station during this video?
no man this is before that station was built! he still has his arm!!!!Is it just me, or did anyone else expect to hear some more stuff about the Pearl or even the Swan station during this video?
I live in Indiana and am now connected to PSN.
BUT I cannot connect to the Demon's Souls server!! So what's the point??
Why couldn't they have done something like this the week it went down explaining what was happening? This is, in fact, why I'm still conflicted about how to feel about Sony right now. It's also why I'm bothered by the Bush 9/11 speech comparisons, as those were made ON 9/11, the day that sense of safety had been disturbed, and not multiple weeks of vagueness and blogging before finally doing the right thing.
@musclerider said:It's on the main page, the news keep popping. I'm not complaining but it will be nice to see less PSN-restoring postsI don't own a PS3 so I'm just about ready to not have to listen to any more stories about this whole thing.if your not a ps3 user then why the fuck are you here in this forum. not being an ass just wondering
Glad its back up, but since the store is still down I can't put in the MK online pass which means no MK online and that is pretty much all I want to play!
Well that announcement certainly boosted the consumer confidence a lot, sounds like Sony has taken necessary actions to repair the damage and perhaps stepped up on the cyber crime defense.
Shame on those hacker bastards (who have no lives) that committed this, they should all go to jail and get their bumholes "enlarged", and don't laugh at Sony because this can happen to any large corporations or anybody else, just take a look at Eidos/Square Enix and you will see.
Glad that PSN is back up but the PS Store is still down so no telling at this point what kind of "freebies" we're gonna get, though I did notice that I now have PSN+. Yay . . .
I've reset my password. My new password is password1
I'd like to see someone try and hack my account now muhuhahahaha
