I was talking to a good friend of mine on PSN today and I made a joke about buying a girly game on PSN for co-op between us. Turns out he wants to actually play it for shits and giggles. 
 
This is a really strange request and as I type this I am losing my self respect. 
 
Any of you guys have any suggestions?  
 
(He thinks I won't buy it, but he said if I do he will play)

Actually, that's Noby Noby Boy. I don't recall if it has co-op, but I wouldn't classify that as the sort of game you're looking for, either.

I started looking through recent PSN releases, and then I got bored because I wasn't finding any games that are similar to what you're looking for.

However, if you have a Wii, look around the WiiWare store, as it is PLAGUED with offensively girly dressup games that are perfect for what you're looking for. It's like they think the WiiWare market is as full of 8-year-old girls as the DS market, which totally isn't true because I'm willing to bet the vast majority of Wiis are not even configured for online access, and the ones that are belong to more traditional gamers who have no interest in most of what WiiWare has been able to offer.

My girlfriend convinced me to get it more because it's like Marble Madness, but it's... well, it's a game.

It has local co-op, but I don't think it has online. You could both play by yourself, and see who can stretch the farthest, though.
