It's been a year of Playstation +, how much free stuff do you think you have aquired? Between free games, discounted games and DLC, Avatars and Themes, demos and Full Game Trials, PlayStation Plus has posted 286 separate pieces of content. And just between the free games, discounted games and discounted DLC, your maximum savings in PlayStation Plus' first year amounts to $881.57. 
Now I don't know about you, but thats a heck of alot of free stuff don't you agree?

I just can't believe it's already been a year. Time flew so fast when my dad died. Ever since then, it's like I've been standing still while everyone passes by. Noting will ever be the same without him. It was so sad that he never got to see me turn 18.

Well this thread got depressing mad fast.

That's quite a bit, but don't the free games get removed once they're not part of the deal? I thought it was something like every month there is a few free games and then next month they're different, but you can't keep them.

 Not as much as the maximum amount of savings, but I have made up for the yearly subscription easily, Burnout Paradise, Wipeout HD and a ton of mini's and PS1 games and themes and avatars.

Also remember that you get into beta's early, plus I got the MK demo early

That includes discounts and reduced games which shouldn't REALLY count. Like, there's reduced games every week on Xbox Live but I wouldn't add up the price of all of those and shout about how much I've saved by being a member...

Saying that, if you like games and Playstation, PS+ is a good deal. I'll be signing up this month. The automatic downloads are a drrrrream.

@xyzygy: That's half right. The games are no longer free after the month, but once you DL them, you keep them for as long as you have a PS+ account. However, if you delete them, well then you're SOL.

I haven't had PS+ the whole time, but for the few months I have had it, I feel I've gotten my money's worth.
