" Why don't we get the "S" Rank for getting the Plat? For Biohazard 5, I have the Plat but never bought the shitty DLC...shouldn't I still get the S Rank because I already have a Plat for B5? The same goes for Burnout, Prince of Persia, and a few others... "They've talked about that on the podcast. They might change the way it works in future, but for now you have to have all the achievements to get an S-Rank.
That's awesome...although, if you had to add point values to stuff and make the bronze 10 points, this is how the actual PS3 treats it:

While we'll likely tweak our numbers a bit, the numbers we use get MOST games close to 1000 mark. At this point I think Sony is in too deep to radically change their system to fix the problem so I think PSN support on GB will always be a little bit mediocre in comparison to X360. One other big problem is that they don't provide a "last played" timestamp so there's no way for us to calculate session data (and hence a lot of our graphs). We have similar problems with Steam. In both cases there is very little we can do on our end.

And I've only been a PS3 owner for about a month, so I gotta get through the old games first, in the dark ages before there were trophies... Pfeh.
