Vita to be compatible with Xbox 360!

So i was looking on CNN.com and saw they have a news article on the Playstation Vita, and since i didn't see that part of the press conference i took a quick look at the article. The article is fine by all standards except for one part, check it out. LINK

With more than 80 titles already in development, according to Sony, the Vita will offer cross-platform play, letting players continue some games between the Vita and the Xbox 360 or, in some cases, even play multiplayer games against others using either a Vita or Xbox. - CNN.com

Maybe they mean PS3, or perhaps Tranfarring has finally spread to all platforms!

Wow, that's one of the biggest game journalism goofs I've seen in a long time. No way to say "our writer doesn't have a clue about video games" like confusing the PS3 and the Xbox 360.

Yesh, CNN is supposed to be a reliable news source. I don't look to them for in-depth games journalism, but they should at least get their facts right. This is about as reasonable as calling David Cameron the king of France.

That is fantastic. Even if they've fixed it, it's still fantastic. Seems to be in the spirit of E3 this year.

Oh how I love the mainstream media. Gaming's a multi-billion dollar industry, and they still treat it like kids' toys and don't bother putting any research effort in.

The article even said "Playstation-branded 3-D console" when it meant "Playstation-branded 3-D TV"
