I like how produced these are, makes a cool change of pace from the other content on the site

Tell me about what's new in the world of video games Jeff!

FANTASTIC

Posted by gkhan

It would be fun to listen to one of these in the proper context, on the radio.

Posted by koopakorral

Very well produced, I wonder how it would sound over the radio.

"for more stupid shit and flushing food down the toilet, find me jeff gerstmann at giantbomb.com"

fixed haha

Edited by FLStyle

Other than using a generic voice saying it's payback time instead of the iconic Kevin Conroy Batman voice at the beginning, that sums up Injustice to non-gamers pretty well.

Though I don't know how many CBS radio listeners are 20-40 and saw Batman the Animated Series, hard to judge.

Those production values.

GIANT BRRRRM BOMB BRRRRM DOT BRRRRM COM BRRRRM!

Edited by Patman99

God damn, the editing in these gaming minutes are amazing. Whoever does that deserves a huge pat on the back. And... uhhhhh.... Your stuff is good too, Jeff.

Posted by Winternet

I was just going to say "Why is Jeff going to talk about the new Arkham game", but then I went "oh, right, Injustice"

TAKE ME TO THE WORLD OF VIDEO GAMES JEFF

Edited by Bistromath

Jeff Gerstmann: Beaming in direct to you from The Outersphere.

Posted by oldskooldeano

Jeff do you feel dirty after you have done one of these?

Posted by GalacticPunt

Sure, Jeff gave it four out of five. But what does Vinn-Dawg and the morning Zoo Crew think?

Ow ow ooooowwwww

I LOVE THIS FEATURE

Man, I listen to KCBS pretty regularly and have never heard one of these in the wild, can't wait till the day I spit coke Icee all over the inside of my windshield the first time I do.

Posted by Sveppi

I'm trying to project myself into the consciousness of someone who knows nothing about video games and this single minute is the only insight I get every week into the so called "world of video games". I'd probably think that it were a super exclusive, nerdy club. With secret handshakes and shit.

Posted by Aas

Should super heroes talk?

Edited by zoozilla

Huh, is this the first time Jeff mentioned the review score in one of these?

Posted by Pop

lol I like the "it's a 4 out of 5" part, for some reason I found it hilarious.

I want to believe he has before. SimCity maybe? I don't know.

Get out of the fast lane.... BITCH! bitchbitchbitch...

Loving this game, i enjoyed the story mode 100%. I think it was campy in a good old school comic book turned Saturday morning cartoon kinda way, but with more blood.

The editing and presentation of these are fantastic :)

Posted by BD_Mr_Bubbles

These are awesome.

Posted by fastkilr

These are excellent. Enjoying the concise, fragment reviews.

Posted by TheManWithNoPlan

The most professional thing on this site. Thank goodness, Right?

Posted by Halberdierv2

This sounds like something that should be on the radio.

Edited by Jonnyflash80

Nicely produced. I suppose these are for those people who don't have the time to watch "Quick Looks"? Is that why this feature exists?

Posted by bgdiner

@fastkilr: Me too, fellow Dreamcast fan. They seem a lot better to me than video reviews would (given the presence of Quick Looks). They're unique and give me a quick buy/skip recommendation. A couple of friends and I are gonna go pick it up tomorrow in fact.

He said Bioshock Infinite was "an easy 5 out of 5".

Posted by Demoskinos

Its fucking impressive how much information he is able to pack into that minute.

These things are so slick!

You'll be wanting the Lego Batman 2 one then.

Edited by Verse

I found Jeff, he's at GiantBomb.com

Posted by fusion42

@damswedon: yes! i love it when jeff does his high intonation voice, asking as if its controversial or sth. ^^

i actually first heard of the lego question in the bombcast i think, then checked out the minute. But for some time, Jeff asked it a couple of times, right? I remember a TNT and on a bcast way later. It just cracks me up. Dunno exactly why.

Edited by TwoArmed

I'm still not entirely sure what the point of these is, but I'm ok with them.

Posted by Levio

Ok, I made it to Giantbomb.com. Where's the next clue?

Edited by jaycrockett

Instead of the Bombcast I would like 180 individual gaming minutes. Thanks.

Posted by GiveUpNed

It's on the radio. As in terrestrial. CBS is a massive media corp.

Should Bjork talk?

Or do the news segment of the bombcast in this style.

nah, he doesn't.

that was a question in one of his jar time videos. he actually really loves doing them.
