Nearly three hours of Skyrim, Uncharted 3, Assassin's Creed: Revelations, Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary, The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword, Need for Speed: The Run, and more!
I'm really curious if the Skyrim marathon has been archived anywhere. I didn't want to watch it until I had experienced the first few hours of the game myself.
Finding it pretty weird how the Dunmer all have British accents now. It actually sound good, but a), it makes me wonder about Bretons - I think they're default to backwoods American accents now? and b), I miss the Dark Elf voice filter from Morrowind.
The (House) Redoran name shows up in some strange places, too. But I think that's probably just my ignorance of the previous conflict between Nord and Dunmer rather than actual retconning.
I used to listen to Bombcasts while closing Oblivion gates in Elder Scrolls IV. What's a good grindy thing I can do in Skyrim while listening to the Bombcast?
The artwork in iTunes is messed up for me. It's showing the Portal 2 logo. Is it just me or somebody at GB messed up while publishing the podcast to iTunes?
Well, Orcs being an off shoot of elves make sense given that their lineage as well in Tolkien lore. Though, I was under the assumption that the Thalmor and Altmer were different? Or are they the same?

Thalmor are basically the enforcers of a separate nation of High Elves, which is the Dominion. They've pretty much forced the Khajit and Wood Elves to split from the empire and serve them through brute force, and had the Empire on the ropes until the treaty.
I'm listening while playing Skyrim and at the exact moment Brad started talking about how cool it was to open a random book and have a new quest start, it happened to me.

I'm enjoying Skyrim much more than I ever expected to. I though Dark Souls was gonna be my GOTY but this has bested it in many ways. I don't know how Bethesda can top this but they have made a fan out of me.
I always felt like they've spread one game's worth of great story over a whole series with Assassins Creed. The Desmond story is what matters but it's drip fed out and fairly boring other than one or two crazy twists. On the other hand the Ezio (and to a lesser extent, Altair) stories are reasonably engaging but largely inconsequential.
