Roxanne is the first gym leader in the Ruby/Sapphire Pokemon games. She is located in Rustboro City and specializes in rock-type Pokemon.
Rui is Wes' sidekick in Pokemon Colosseum.
Sidney is the first of the Elite Four in the Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald games. He specializes in dark-type Pokemon.

Wattson is the third gym leader in the Ruby/Sapphire Pokemon games. He is located in Mauville City and specializes in electric-type Pokemon.
