ok i came across this story, and im pretty sure its just a copy paste story that some one made up on 4chan.

There's been many false and unofficial versions of pokemon games. This one is quite famous. People caught in traps on eBay have fallen victim to others that do not exist.

@mano521: Just give it to loads of little kids on the street once they do make it. Those ghosts used to scare me when I was like 6... just want to pass on the pain.
