Pokemon Trainer is a Super Smash Bros. Brawl character based on the hero of the first two Pokemon games, Red.

The trainers from Pokemon Crystal, and the first appearance of a female trainer as the main character.

The Pokemon Trainer is in essence the player themselves. Throughout the evolution of pokemon games, the Pokemon Trainer has taken on many different shapes and forms. The trainer is customizable down to name, gender, and at times, birthdays.

The Pokémon trainer enters the Brawl but he does not himself fight: he use his three well trained Pokémon, Charizard, Squirtle and Ivysaur. The Pokémon trainer is the trainer of the Pokémon firered/leafgreen versions.

Down special move [down and B] – Switch Pokemon

Finale Smash [with Smash Ball hold B] – Triple Finish

Charizard

Charizard is a fire type Pokémon and is the last evolution of the Kento starter Pokémon, Charmander. Charizard is the only one of the Trainers Pokémon that can fly and is probably the trainers strongest Pokémon.

Side special move [left or right B] – Rock Smash

Up special move [up B] – Fly

Squirtle

Squirtle uses Waterfall

Squirtle is a water type Pokémon and is a Kento starter Pokémon. Squirtle boasts one of the best recovers on the game with Waterfall. Squirtle is the Trainers only Pokémon in its first stage of evolution.

Standard special move [hold B] – Water Gun

Side special move [left or right] – Withdraw

Up special move [up B] – Waterfall

Ivysaur

Ivysaur uses Bullet Seed on Mario

Ivysaur is a grass type Pokémon and is the evolution of the Kento starter, Bulbasaur. Ivysaur uses quick and light attacks such as Vine Whip although causing light damage with one hit but makes up for that with the speed of it’s attack like with Vine Whip and Razor Leaf it can land up to 10 blows at a time.
