Hey guys,

I am looking to swap out my Charizardite X for Y, if anyone is interested. The Fire/Flying style is much more my team, so a switch would be greatly loved.

As far as I'm aware, we can't trade mega stones yet (can we?). But if somehow possible, I am totally willing to trade for an X stone! I am doing a rerun once the bank is released either way, so it'd be nice to have both stones!

I don't have one to trade, but I do want to answer this question:

You can trade them, but you have to trade Pokemon holding said stones. So if people want to trade Mega Stones, get a Pokemon that you have absolutely no interest in and let that Pokemon hold whatever stone you're wanting to get rid of and trade it.

Hmm...really? I heard the opposite. When trying to trade a mega stone, you just get a "this item can't be traded" notice, or something like that.
