Well that is the list of the Pokemon that I still need! I have finally caught them all, thanks to everyone that helped me in this process especially Brian!

I assume you cheated to get guys like Arceus.
No offence, but what's the point if you're going to cheat? Even if it wasn't you that hacked/cloned them it's still cheating.

I still need Celebi, Deoxys and Arceus, but at least when I eventually get them I'll have every single Pokemon, 100% legitimetly.

Well, partly because everybody online cheats. So if he's accepted any from a trade, it's almost definitely hacked or at least cloned.
And also because there's one Pokemon that has never been giving out anywhere, even in Japan. So if he has that one, it's definitely a fake.

As far as I'm concerned those are the only Pokemon that exist. Or should anyway, its just gotten a bit out of hand now. There is like what, more than 500 now??

I wouldn't feel so accomplished about anything Pokedex related unless I stayed away from online trades these days, since you can pretty much just go to a online message board, ask for everything and fill most of it up in a couple of days if you're dedicated enough. Back in Blue when I got all 151 with really minimal trades, that felt good. Until I found the "prize" aka the stupid printable certificate.

I got Pokemon Pearl and I have played it a lot, but nothing will ever compare with the old days of Pokemon Blue and Red.

I've got em all except legendaries like ho oh lugia and event pokemon, plus raikou and entei. I wish that I could finish it but that's doubtful

actually you can get them all but you have to trade it from Japan and you cant really tell in online trades if its legit or not. Also the only way to add some of them was to get them from going to the Pokemon movies in Japan.

I'm sorry to take so long to reply to my own blog, I didn't realize that people started reading it. To answer a question set forth by WinterSnowblind, no i do not have Arceus yet. I'm waiting for him to be offered legitamitly in America. While I'm sure that some Pokemon that I have traded over the GTS may have been hacks, that is not my problem as Nintendo is not stoping people from trading illegal Pokemon. I have never hacked my game, and I have never knowingly accepted a Pokemon that I thought was a hack. But eneviably trading with other people you can't always know. I spent over 400 hours in my game training, evolving, battling, and trading within my game. Also I only use Pokemon that I have caught myself in battles with other people because I think it is stupid to battle with hacks. In a perfect world no one would do that, unfortunatly that is not this world. I feel like my friend Brian and I spent tons of time getting every Pokemon that we could possibly catch ourselves and just traded for the ones that we couldn't. We do plan on getting the new games Heart Gold and Soul Siver to fill in the pokemon that we traded for with 100% legit pokemon that we have caught ourselves. I would love to thank everyone for reading my blog and commenting! I hope that this cleared up everything, if you have any more questions let me know!

Indeed. The new games are cool and all, but they will never be able to top the experience I had with Pokemon Blue back in the day.

What they need to do is have a pokemon MMO type thing where you can catch all you want in the different leagues and have instances for the legendary and that type of crap.

Nintendo will never go for it because it would be a prime place for pedo's ....

However i wouldn't be surprised if it was full of adults who enjoy the games and started with the monochrome red and blue.

Agreed. I remember running around the playground with these new "Pokémon cards" and trying to seek out the best trades for my shitty cards. Then I'd go home and play Pokémon Red with my friends. Classic times.

That 2 or 3 year streak where Pokémon started and ended for me were awesome as a kid.

@kingclaw: I don't believe that was an official quote. But you know that's one of the reasons. Hell how long did it take for people to be able to talk to other players on the wii.

Yeah, just look at Nintendo's existing wifi program. They have admited that they use friend codes to make sure people are only playing with their "friends". Although all you have to do is look online for people that want to trade friend codes. I think that a Pokemon MMO would be the best thing for the series since that is what the actual concept of Pokemon is, a bunch of people going out and catching an battling Pokemon. I don't think that Nintendo will do this for at least a long time, they really need to get their act together.
