Specifically, you'll get other items (five total) by winning "Item Rounds," which are essentially hands in which opposing characters offer personal items as the ante. The full list of TF2 unlocks you can obtain, including the TF2 characters they're meant for, is just below:
- The Iron Curtain -- The Heavy
- Max's Lugermorph -- the Scout and the Engineer
- Max's Freelance Police badge -- Any character in TF2
- Tycho's watch -- Spy
- Strong Bad's "Dangeresque" sunglasses - Demoman
