In an ironic turn of events, Popcap, makers of games like Peggle, Bejeweled and Plants vs. Zombies was successfully sued by MumboJumbo for $4.6 million due to interfering with a retailer during distribution of their games back in 2006. This is rather ironic, because I always expected Popcap to sue MumboJumbo at some point considering that almost all of MJ's games are simply ripoffs of Popcap's.
