About Me
If it's awesome, I'm there. I try to do things that involve me enjoying myself. Be it watching a movie, listening or playing music, or PLAYING VIDEO GAMES. I love video games. There's a story like the movies, there's music like albums, but there is also interactivity. I've wanted to be so many things in my life. But I've always wanted to have the opportunity to create a video game. Might or might not happen. But it's certain that I will enjoy them.

Gitaroo Man Lives! - Musical fun in your pocket.

Gitaroo Man Lives! is one of many games that has been ported to the PSP from the PS2. The game is the same, the "story" follows a young man by the name of U-1 (Yuuchi) and his pet dog, Puma, as they defend themselves from many after U-1 discovers he is the last legendary hero of Planet Gitaroo, Gitaroo Man. The game itself is great. Level after level you feel the challenge, the difficulty, grow. Which is perfect for the kind of gameplay the has. The port does a great job following the vein of everything from the original. Everything is there and more. The art style is wild and colorful which captures the player's attention. A small downside is that when you are actually playing sometimes the player might feel like they cannot see what is happening at that time because they are focused on the flow of the song. In the battles there are small cutscenes that give the hands a short and needed break. Because of the shape of the PSP, you might find yourself actually putting the game down to rest. Otherwise, the game delivers. Not only does the game stand out because of so few "hit" games on the PSP but the game is enjoyable on its own.

Meet The New FIFA, same as the old FIFA...

FIFA 09 is the fifth FIFA soccer game on the psp not counting the UEFA and World Cup games. The game does the job, and by that I mean being a soccer game on the psp. Which is something it could and should do better. It has all the major soccer leagues such as La Liga from Spain and the Barclays from England. Rosters are updated as well. But it has gotten to the point where the smallest things are being overlooked. The player models themselves are the same as four to five years ago. For example, Victor Valdes, the goal keeper for FC Barcelona, appears with a full head of hair even though he has been bald for years now. In the roster menus, some players don't have pictures and those who do have the same ones from years ago. Considering how games are looking on the system nowadays, the graphics could also be better. The pacing does work though. And the one and only addition this year works well. I'm referring to the addition of the Be A Pro mode. The soundtrack is great featuring acts such as MGMT and PLastilina Mosh. The game is enjoyable but the time has arrived for an overhaul.

I played through Mass Effect about 3 times on the 360, and I'm playing through it for the second time on the PC. See, I never bought the Bring Down the Sky DLC for the 360, and since I have friends at EA I was able to get Mass Effect on PC for a paltry $10! It's superior in about every way.
