    I had the same problems when I had gamefly.  The only way I could get a new release is if I took everything off my queue and put the new release on BEFORE the game came out.

I mean, don't get me wrong, you're a good game and all, and I'm enjoying you a lot. But I've endured your frustrating gun battles long enough to deserve the ability to finish you. Why can't you just not freeze? Why can't the 3.01 firmware do what it was supposed to? 

I know this is a common problem, but seriously. My PS3 is only 2 months old, and I bought you brand new. This shouldn't be happening. 

I JUST WANT TO FINISH YOU!

This is pretty crazy for me. I haven't done one of these since Ought Six, back when I was friends with all the cool kids in the Gamespot Krew. And even then I only tried it maybe 2 or 3 times. 
 
I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with the result of this. I prefaced the video saying I'd probably have a lot of jump-cuts, but I only had to do that 2 or 3 times.  
 
Anyway, don't expect this as a regular thing from me. I was just really bored, and procrastinating doing laundry.

I find this kind of amusing.

I started working back at office depot coming up on 4 weeks ago. Admittedly, it was out of desperation. I really didn't want to be there again.

As of right now, I really really dislike it there. There is a level is strictness that shouldn't exist, and when I'm only making $8/hr part time, I don't have much of a reason to want to stay at the company.

Today, I went in for a second interview with Verizion Wireless and scored the job, which is good because the comission is higher, and it's full time.

But there is another job I'm hoping to get. I live 5 minutes from UCSD, and applied for a job in the USCD bookstore. The difference between this job, and any other job I've been at is that it's full time, has benefits, and pays $2150 a month. To put it in perspective, I'd be getting payed $2150 a month to be doing pretty much the same thing I do right now, which currently gets me less than $1000 a month.

Currently my app status on the UCSD job is "Referred". Which, on the key of statuses is right before an interview. So I'm hopeful that I'll get the job. I just have a feeling that if I do, it will be like, a week after I start at verizon.

In the past 3 months:
  • I moved to San Diego
  • Was unemployed
  • Made 8-bit sounding songs while unemployed (Roxbury, Robotic Bee's)
  • Got rehired on at an Office Depot in downtown san diego
  • Found new reasons to dislike working in retail

Currently I am:
  • Trying to find a different job (hoping UCSD will call me back for a position I am super-qualified for that pays $2150 a month and has full benefits)
  • Volunteering with The Children's Rainforest
  • Finding a new plce to live before my lease is up August 31st
  • Wanting a dog
  • Broke
