Blitzer is perplexed by the intricacies of the universe!

Well I'm finally out of my WoW addiction. Not to say that I'll never play again because Wrath of the Lich King looks awesome. But I'm at least taking a break for a few months.
The first game I've bought in months was Metal Gear Solid 4. I finished that in about 20 hours in the span of a week or so. It was ok but I think I need another playthrough for the full effect and I haven't touched the multiplayer either.  Audiosurf was the next, which is a great little game I'd recommend to pretty much everyone. But a big recent purchase for me was an Xbox. Yes, a regular old Xbox. Since Microsoft decided to forget about backwards compatibility. I had to get one to play some of the games I missed out on. There are a few series I mean to play on it. Which I will be doing soon. They include the Brothers in Arms and Splinter Cell games. Although there are a few single titles I feel the need to play as well.
Today I hit up a local department store's bargin bin and picked up some gems for a total of about $70. Once GB fixes the collection list bug I'll be sure to finish my whole 200+ game collection. Until then here is a brief list of what I've bought and will soon be or already am playing.

Whew that's a big list and that isn't even everything. I also picked up Blood Omen 2 and Defiance. I've always wanted to play the Legacy of Kain games. Now I just need to get the rest of them. I will also be getting the first Jak game so I can finally see what that series is all about. It'll be the first platform game I've played in years. Other than that there are a few other odd games in there. Men of Valor which I've heard is pretty good. Also Deus Ex: Invisible War. Which means I'll have to play the first in that series as well. Damn that's a lot of games! I have no excuse to be bored for the next few months, that's for sure. All of these pluse the fall lineup.I need help!

This post relates to: Audiosurf

Maybe I've seriously been out of the loop (WoW can do that), but I've just recently learned about Audiosurf. It's a fairly generic rhythm game. But man is it addicting.
If you are wondering, you can pick it up on Steam for only $10. Easily worth the money. It let's you take any mp3 and turn it into a level. You take control of a ship gliding along the track which is affected by the song. There is a bit more to it, but it's really best to try it  yourself. (Or at least watch a video) I find it to be a nice break from Rockband and Guitar Hero.

Some cool songs I recommend  you try out are:

M.I.A. - Paper Planes
System of a Down - Chop Suey
The Killers - Mr Brightside
Greenday - Brain Stew

My steam account is xBlitzerx in case anyone wants to add me. It does keep track of scores for songs with a similar to XBL ratings system.
