Also I am sending my Xbox360 in because the tray sticks and the screen goes black and white. I tried once before, but the person I can barely understand said I needed a new cord and that the dis tray was because of the faceplate. Well here are the flaws- 1. Dis tray still sticks even with a faceplate on. 2. A cord does not make it go from color to black and white at random moments. A game will freeze of mine for some reason ( any game new or old ) then I restart and the screen is black and white. Then it takes forever for it to go to color. It is a guessing game.
If I turn it on this time will it be color or BandW? So anyways, a cord does not cause that, its an internal chip. Once again Xbox are cheap bastards. So today I talked to another person I could barely understand and she said the same stuff. I said screw that stuff ( but in different, nicer words ) and told her my problems, said I tried a new cord and told her about the tray. After 20 minutes of her " Looking up " the problem and saying it was my fault I need a new TV or a cord she finally said my warranty is gone and I need to pay 100 bucks for it to get serviced.
Oh and I have to package the thing myself. Fucking cheap asses. So whatever it is getting sent in and I probably will be getting an Elite. This should have happened the first time I talked to someone a few weeks ago. I wish they would hire people that don't need to go look for pre answered questions and actually knew the ins and outs of the fucking console itself and stop blaming the customer and start blaming themselves for there own faulty hardware!
